Since 2001, export poultry became a priority in Brazil and more and more of brazilians have consumed more the bird due to the quality, healthy product image and affordable price. Abroad, mainly in the Middle East the chicken production is strongly associated with Brazil, which directly influenced the eating habits of the Arab population.
